ARFF equipment consists of one RIV with 250 gallons of lite water/300 lbs. dry chemical. Index A can be met with the RIV.

The Bennett Fire Department provides primary fire protection to the Front Range Airport. Bennett Fire Department is staffed with four full-time fire fighters, two paramedics and 69 volunteers.

The Adams County Sheriff's Department has a sub-station on airport property. Troop 1A of the Colorado State Patrol also has an office on the Airport. Troop 1A is responsible for Interstate 70 and adjacent state highways from the east city limits of Aurora to the Kansas border.
