CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Front Range Airport is seeking a fulltime knowledgeable, professional team player who enjoys working with the public. This position will work rotating shifts including nights weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include assist customer with requested services such as fuel, catering, hangar space, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, etc. Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints regarding the Company's services or products. Comply with Company policies and procedures related to customer service standards, ramp, safety and security procedures. Communicate with customers via telephone, fax, face to face, e-mail, Unicom/air to ground radio. Bill customers for services rendered. Set up new accounts, maintain records and reports and other clerical duties. Maintain and stock information, materials and amenities in the customer service areas.
Transport customers by shuttle to and from airport terminal and local hotels. Assist customers with loading and unloading baggage. Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidates must possess a HS Diploma/GED and strong computer skills, experience in accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Special Note: The selected candidate will need to be able to work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

This full time position is available for the right person with a good driving record and interpersonal skills. Schedule: evenings and weekends, must be flexible.
